🎯 Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker & Packer to support warehouse and order fulfillment operations. The role involves accurately picking items from inventory, packing orders as per standards, and ensuring timely dispatch to customers or stores.

📦 Key Responsibilities

  • Pick products from warehouse/store shelves based on system-generated orders (OMS/POS).

  • Verify item codes, quantities, and quality before packing.

  • Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.

  • Label packages correctly (order ID, store ID, customer details).

  • Handle fragile, perishable, and bulk items as per guidelines.

  • Coordinate with dispatch/logistics teams for timely shipment.

  • Update order status in system (if handheld/device provided).

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of picking zones.

  • Report stock discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisor.

🛠 Skills & Requirements

  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations / retail store processes.

  • Ability to read order slips / handheld device (RF scanner is a plus).

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Physically fit to lift and move goods.

  • Basic English/Hindi reading ability.

  • Prior experience in warehouse/eCommerce fulfillment preferred.

🎓 Qualification

  • Minimum: 12th pass

  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

⏱ Working Conditions

  • Rotational shifts (including weekends if required)

  • Standing / walking for long hours

  • Fast-paced environment during peak order times
