Picker & Packer – Warehouse Operations

🎯 Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker & Packer to support warehouse and order fulfillment operations. The role involves accurately picking items from inventory, packing orders as per standards, and ensuring timely dispatch to customers or stores.
📦 Key Responsibilities

Pick products from warehouse/store shelves based on system-generated orders (OMS/POS).

Verify item codes, quantities, and quality before packing.

Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.

Label packages correctly (order ID, store ID, customer details).

Handle fragile, perishable, and bulk items as per guidelines.

Coordinate with dispatch/logistics teams for timely shipment.

Update order status in system (if handheld/device provided).

Maintain cleanliness and organization of picking zones.

Report stock discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisor.
🛠 Skills & Requirements

Basic understanding of warehouse operations / retail store processes.

Ability to read order slips / handheld device (RF scanner is a plus).

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Physically fit to lift and move goods.

Basic English/Hindi reading ability.

Prior experience in warehouse/eCommerce fulfillment preferred.
🎓 Qualification

Minimum: 12th pass
-
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

Rotational shifts (including weekends if required)

Standing / walking for long hours
