What is LOTS Wholesale Solutions?

LOTS Wholesale Solutions is a brand of CP Wholesale India Pvt. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Siam Makro Public Company Limited, Asia’s leading Cash & Carry operator for professional business operators. Through our cash and carry stores in India, our focus is on meeting our business customers’ needs and ensuring their satisfaction through the provision of a wide range of products to our members. Our members primarily include retailers, hotels, restaurants, catering businesses, service business operators, government agencies, hospitals and educational institutions.

Where are the stores of LOTS Wholesale Solutions?

LOTS Wholesale Solutions announced its entry in India in January 2018 and stared the operations in July 2018. The brand currently operates through 3 stores located in Netaji Subhash Place, Akshardham and Noida Sector 62.

Where all will be LOTS Wholesale Solutions stores?

We have opened our 3 stores in Delhi NCR and we will be opening more wholesale distribution stores in North India followed by other parts of the country.

Is there any store in Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Chennai location?

We aim to open our stores pan India. However, currently we are focused on North India operations.

What are the store’s operating hours? Also, will the stores be open on Sundays?

The store is operational from 07:00 am to 09:00 pm on all seven days of the week.

What all can I buy at the store?

We have a selection of over 10,000 products at our stores. Our product range includes farm sourced vegetables, fruits, grocery, beverages, bakery, dairy, meat, fish, organic products, branded apparel, kitchenware, appliances, furniture, bedding, textiles, office equipment, stationery and office supplies, large range of disposable, cleaning consumables etc.We don’t sell – liquor, cigarette, construction materials and equipment, automobile, fuel. jewellery, mobile phones etc

Is there any minimum order limit for shopping?

Yes. If your purchasing from the store, the minimum purchase value has to be Rs, 1,000 per invoice.

Can I use a credit/debit card if I am availing of the Cash on Delivery (COD) facility?

Yes. You can use credit/ debit card while availing COD facility. Also, all purchases made through our ecommerce platform would require to be paid via payment facilities provided therein.

Do we get any help carrying goods to our vehicle/ stores?

Our staff will assist you to your vehicle or organise delivery. Please contact the customer helpdesk at the store.

The amount has been debited from my account but as per you the money has not reached your finance department.

If the money gets debited from your account and has not been received by us, kindly connect your bank.

I had placed an order 2/3 days back but still haven’t received it. What if I want to cancel the order now?

You can cancel your order at any point of time before delivery only if the product is not customised.

Do I earn any incentive if I exceed the sales beyond a certain limit?

Currently, we do not run any loyalty programme.

What is LOTS Wholesale Solutions Membership Card?

LOTS Wholesale Solutions Membership Card identifies you as our registered customer. Only customers/members carrying their Membership Card will be allowed to make purchases at the store.

How do I become a member?

You can register with us via two easy channels:

Do I need to have a business license to become a member and get a card?

Yes, you will need to provide valid business license/documents to register as a member and get a membership card. LOTS Wholesale Solutions caters to multiple segments of retailers and business/institutional customers through a membership-based system. If you are the owner or purchasing representative of a retail shop, restaurant, hotel, caterer, company or an institution then you are eligible to become a member.

Can I use my PAN Card, Voter ID, Driver’s License and Aadhar Card to get a Customer Card?

No. You need to have any of the business licences mentioned in the answer above, to register with us.

If I become a member, how many cards do I get?

We issue 1 primary cards + 4 add on cards per business establishment.

I have registered with LOTS but haven’t yet received my membership card. Can I still shop at LOTS?

Post registration, the membership card is couriered to our customers. However, if you still haven’t received your card, you may visit the store with your business licence and Govt. Photo ID to get your card and start shopping.

Do I need to pay the company to become a member?

No, there is membership fee. Registration is free.

How can I get to know about the offers running in the store?

What is the process of cancelling my membership?

You need to write a formal letter/mail on your company letterhead/ from your official email id stating the reason of cancellation, post which we can take the initiative.Membership may also be cancelled by us if the licence has expired and the renewed licence is not provided.

I have just opened another shop, Can I use the same membership to order?

Yes you can shop for your shop on the same membership card.

What is the return policy at LOTS Wholesale Solutions?

We try to place our customers’ interest first and have devised a return policy that is meant to be fair and just.

  • Purchases can be returned/exchanged within 7 working days from the date of purchase, provided they are accompanied with the original invoice.
  • Purchases can be returned only if the original packaging is intact with the original tags, and the items are unused and in a saleable condition.
  • Items purchased need to be returned, in original condition along with any free articles provided with them as a part of a promotion, at the time of purchase.
  • The items should be returned before the date of expiry of the product.
  • Credit Note will be issued in return/exchange of the goods. This will be valid for 1 year and for a single purchase.
  • There are certain products for which return policy is not applicable. These are:
    • Fresh food items such as Dairy/Fruits/Vegetables/Meat/Fish
    • Undergarments, Socks and Handkerchief
  • Any after sales services or replacement for electronic products under warranty will be the responsibility of and provided by the authorized service centers of the respective brands/ manufacturers.

How can I become a supplier?

For which all products can I become a supplier?

You can become a supplier for any of the categories for which LOTS Wholesale Solutions carries assortment. Our product range is categorized into farm sourced vegetables, fruits, grocery, beverages, bakery, dairy, meat, fish, organic products, branded apparel, kitchenware, appliances, furniture, bedding, textiles, office equipment, stationery and office supplies, large range of disposable, cleaning consumables etc.

However, please note that your products must meet the LOTS Wholesale Solutions standards of quality. As a supplier, how can I benefit?

LOTS Wholesale Solutions offers enhanced visibility for your products, through our diverse distribution channels. This is done by targeting professional customers including retailers, HoReCa, institutions etc. which offer both domestic opportunities as well as opportunities to export to Asian markets, basis the suppliers’ potential.

I need specific quantities of certain products on a regular basis. Can you book these products for me?

Do you provide a guarantee/warranty on electronic goods?

We forward the same guarantee/warranty terms to members as offered by the manufacturers of electronic goods.

I am going to buy a lot of goods, but I can’t pick them up right now. Can you hold them for me for a few days? / Can I pre book my order?

As a rule we are unable to keep any items in stock for which a bill has not been generated. Please connect with the Customer Helpdesk for more information on this.

If I don’t find the product in the desired quantity, what am I supposed to do?

Please contact the Customer Helpdesk.

I have been wrongly billed for one article and received another article. What to do now?

Please bring the item/s along with the original invoice to the store and our Customer Helpdesk will take care of this for you.

Can I pay part of my bill in cash and part with a card?

Yes. We do accept multiple types of payment.

Will I earn points if I pay for any item with a credit/debit card?

We currently do not offer any bonus, loyalty/ incentive schemes. Please contact the Customer Helpdesk at our stores for more information on this.

What all bonus does LOTS Wholesale offers?

We currently do not offer any bonus, loyalty/ incentive schemes.

My distributor sends his sales team to take orders, do you also have a similar model?

Yes, we offer direct delivery service in select cases. For more details on this, you may call our store and contact the Customer Helpdesk.

What happens to the stock inventory which I am not able to sell? Do you take it back for a refund?

As per the policy, we do not take any stock inventory from our customers

Unlike other sellers, we do not insist that customers buy from us in large quantities, to avail the benefit of our services. Depending on your requirement, you can buy in small quantities as well, subject to a minimum bill value of Rs1000.

I am a distributor of a company. Does LOTS Wholesale Solutions offer any benefits for me?

We offer equal benefits to all our customers.
