Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Siam Makro Public Company Limited, Asia’s leading Cash & Carry operator for professional business operators. Through our cash and carry stores in India, our focus is on meeting our business customers’ needs and ensuring their satisfaction through the provision of a wide range of products to our members. Our members primarily include retailers, hotels, restaurants, catering businesses, service business operators, government agencies, hospitals and educational institutions.
LOTS Wholesale Solutions announced its entry in India in January 2018 and stared the operations in July 2018. The brand currently operates through 3 stores located in Netaji Subhash Place, Akshardham and Noida Sector 62.
We have opened our 3 stores in Delhi NCR and we will be opening more wholesale distribution stores in North India followed by other parts of the country.
We aim to open our stores pan India. However, currently we are focused on North India operations.
The store is operational from 07:00 am to 09:00 pm on all seven days of the week.
We have a selection of over 10,000 products at our stores. Our product range includes farm sourced vegetables, fruits, grocery, beverages, bakery, dairy, meat, fish, organic products, bedding, office equipment, stationery and office supplies, large range of disposable, cleaning consumables etc. We don’t sell – liquor, cigarette, construction materials and equipment, automobile, fuel. jewellery, mobile phones etc

It’s the company policy that you need to buy products for minimum of Rs 1000 from our stores.
We offer transparent quantity based pricing. You will be able to avail benefits of various ongoing offer at the time of your purchase.
We offer credit facility to our customers in select cases. For more details, kindly contact the Customer Helpdesk at our store.
If a customer is taking the product on his own post purchasing, the liability of the products lies with him. In case, if he asks for home delivery or he orders the product over other channels including ecommerce and teleshopping, the responsibility for delivery would be with the company till the time it has been delivered.

A non-member cannot shop at the store as we are open only for registered business customers.

Yes, you may register upto 4 person as your add on members to shop on your behalf. For registering add on members, kindly visit the store’s customer helpdesk with the Govt. Photo ID of the add-on nominees.
Yes, If you are a member, you can shop online and place order on our e-commerce platform and LOTS App 24X7.
Yes. You can use credit/ debit card while availing COD facility. Also, all purchases made through our ecommerce platform would require to be paid via payment facilities provided therein.

If the money gets debited from your account and has not been received by us, kindly connect your bank.
You can cancel your order at any point of time before delivery only if the product is not customised.
Currently, we do not run any loyalty programme.

LOTS Wholesale Solutions Membership Card identifies you as our registered customer. Only customers/members carrying their Membership Card will be allowed to make purchases at the store.

Yes, you will need to provide valid business license/documents to register as a member and get a membership card. LOTS Wholesale Solutions caters to multiple segments of retailers and business/institutional customers through a membership-based system. If you are the owner or purchasing representative of a retail shop, restaurant, hotel, caterer, company or an institution then you are eligible to become a member.

You need to have any one valid licence from the inclusive list mentioned below.

  • Shops and Establishments License/Registration
  • Municipal Corporation’s Trade Licenses
  • Trade License / Permits
  • Government Department Registrations
  • Any other valid and applicable license/permit etc. for undertaking retail trade issued by Government, subject to verification/approval by CPWI
No. You need to have any of the business licences mentioned in the answer above, to register with us.
We issue 1 primary cards + 4 add on cards per business establishment.
Post registration, the membership card is couriered to our customers. However, if you still haven’t received your card, you may visit the store with your business licence and Govt. Photo ID to get your card and start shopping.
No, there is membership fee. Registration is free.
